| 31 May 2002 | Abranda Icle Sisson | Loading...You have a deer too! I'm so glad you caught on to the point of my nature picture. Nobody else seemed to get it. Guess I probaly should have told them. Any way, beautiful backgrounds. I love your settings. Backgrounds is something I need alot of work on. Yours are simply breathtaking. | |
| 7 Sep 2002 | Liz Nanney | Loading...This is not my favorite background of yours...it just seems flat and disconnected to me. But I really love the Amazon, because she looks like she could've been painted with oil paints on a canvas. | |
| 26 Sep 2002 | Jean M Boree | Loading...OMG very lovely picture, I love the background and the gleem on her weapon, even the pose its all wonderfuly put togeather! You've some great work here and I look forward to seeing more of it. Mart D. Chandler replies: "The technical aspect of this pic is not perfected as many commentors have brought to my attention...and rightfully so...but I did have a lot of fun doing it. I'm glad you like this pic. And, I promise to create more fantastical scenes, as I get better adjusted to the "now what do I paint this week" delima...lol." | |
| 14 Oct 2002 | Mike | Loading...ok, i'm going to have to get into the Adobe Photoshop painting deal because my stickfigures scanned in on colledge rule paper arent just cutting it anymore. Is there any special equipment you should go out and buy? (besides a computer.... and Adobe Photoshop?) Mart D. Chandler replies: "The secret is just this...get your sweetheart to pose for you...if she won't, then do what I do, take a snapshot while she isn't looking then work from there...lol. That's my inspiration. I don't use anything special at all. A computer, Adobe Photo Shop, and an Optical mouse by Logitech. The ole ball type of mouse just kept skipping too much. " | |
| 29 Oct 2002 | Werner Mueck | Loading...It was said that the split of focus between woman and moons made the picture look weird. Maybe weird is good. What is fantasy if it isn't weird? I really like the detail in the clothing, what little there is of it, hehe. How hard would it be to get your sweetheart to pose for other artists (joke). Mart D. Chandler replies: "I showed her this comment and she is blushing right now...lol." | |
| 28 Jan 2003 | Joeieburns | Loading...Will you stop kicking my butt here....I mean you put me to shame...hangs head low.... I need a new attitude...LOL REALLY DO, I am sucking... LOL Mart D. Chandler replies: "No you don’t...I suck at this kind of stuff and you know it...lol" | |
| 19 Jul 2004 | Benedict T. Isaac | Loading...Where can I find that planet. Mart D. Chandler replies: "Well lets see if you head toward the moon that we have and continue on straight for about 1,000,000,000 light years, you might get there by noon...lol" | |
| 6 Aug 2004 | Saphira Rogers | Loading...WOULDNT SHE BE COLD? is tha why shes blue? (lo just kidding shes beautiful) Mart D. Chandler replies: "Yeah she can get that way...hummm." | |
| 23 Sep 2006 | Anne Wipf | Loading...I love this picture, so exotic and disorientated. And the colours are so beautiful. I’d like to go there. It is this kind of picture I’d wish to see on a wall at home. Mart D. Chandler replies: "Why you certainly can put it there if you want...lol." | |
