Thanks so much for sending me a bit of your novel to read! I finally decided I was never going to have time to read them here at work (the only place I have access to a computer), so I've printed it out to read at home. I've finished chapter one and so far I really like it! More detailed comments to come via email, but I wanted to let you know that I didn't completely and rudely forget about you! Good luck on those exams!

:-) Matthew Procrastin8or Mason replies: "Hey thanks for that! There really is no rush but I do appreciate you reading the chapters I've sent. I haven't actually written anything for at least a month but fear not, my exams will be over by next week and I can get back to it. I did 3 on Monday 2, doing 1 tomorrow (11th), one on Monday 16th and the final on Friday 20th.Consequently, I submitted another ticket for a very short story today. I don't know how long it'll take to be processed though. Keep an eye out...P.S. I hope you're not too offended by the language and the violence 12 If it doesn't get published I won't put it on Elfwood, I'm not going to compromise what I feel are some of my most powerful scenes just to pander to the thought police."

:-) Matthew Procrastin8or Mason replies: "Heh, cheers Rachel. Direct all you like 1"

well, ya'll, I don't particularly relish the idea of being stuck in blinding fog for the rest of me life so I'd better leave a wee little comment...

a question: what is Herrenvolk 2 - John 8:44 a sequel to? it confuses me yes it does...

:-) Matthew Procrastin8or Mason replies: "Erm, it's a sequel to Herrenvolk.... just before it in the list of stories you see above *scratches head in confusion at a fellow Elfwood browsers confusion* Is it really that vague?"

I owe you a comment, and I have been owing you one for some time now. I'm taking one of your stories home with me for the weekend, and then you should have a comment by Monday. Sorry 'bout the delay.

Hey, Matt. Long time, no chat. How’s that novel progressing? Any news since the first edit? 9_9 And it bothers me that the above viewer can’t discern that Herrenvolk 2 is the sequel to Herrenvilk Yes it has been too long and it is all my fault dear friend ::hangs head in shame.:: I have just returned from a holiday, 2 weeks in Rhodes and I had been busy preparing for it. I would have sent you a postcard but I forgot to take my little black book of addresses with me. I have also had various things to arrange for university when I start in October so I have not been around much. I will always make an effort to talk to you if I am not busy but that time recently has been desperately short. I will make sure I say hi next time we are both on line at the same time. Ciao for now

I just found your comment on my elfwood page!! AWESOME but I'm jealous 14 I've been trying to force a story outof me for over a month now. blah. I will read, I will read!

I'm glad you will read it because I will be pestering you every single day until you do!

Your novel, on the other hand...ever since I got it I've been working all hours of hte day and night, so it's on hold. But your fragment sentences DRIVE ME NUTS as a grammarian. ARG! Did you pay attention to ... anything I edited on your first draft? LoL

xox

:-) Matthew Procrastin8or Mason replies: "Fragments? Are you being incredibly fussy or were there really that many? I thought I sorted most (if not all) of them out. No pleasing some people! (joke)"

Hi Matt,

Just seen your comment - thank you! The shadowrain forum seems like such a long time ago now!

:-) Matthew Procrastin8or Mason replies: "It does. A shame there was far too few of us to make it work but we gave it a go 8"

Yeah, just too few of us, but also just too little time to atually get out and drag in the readers/contributors. I still have the domain name though so maybe one day...
