Hello everyone, It has been so long since I've been here, well I am 17 now (birth date 1991) and I think that I have improved a lot. Unfortunatly my drawing are mostly on A3 and therefore not scannable, with my small A4 scanner ^^... that's why I am currently working on new, or redone projects. I hope you enjoy what you see and have a nice day/ eveninng/ weekend ^^

- About my drawings: What's on this page was already old when I was 15 so now it's even older

- I also love photography I may be not that good but you can see them at: http://vulture1991.deviantart.com/ that is my deviant, mostly photo's

And constructive criticism is always welcome :D

Hi Max, you said u wanted some constructive criticism so i am going to give you some help, i like your effort and want you to progress. My first suggestion is to look at anatomy, people, animals, whatever. When you do look at where muscles are placed under the skin, it will help you get a picture of how to draw it. The second is i think you need to look at the wing structure of birds and bats, to get a picture of how to draw them on humans. The third thing i noticed is that someone advised you to start with shading and my advice is not to worry about it until you have anatomy, you take art, and specifically drawing in steps, and it takes a long time. Another thing you could do would be to continually improve your art, surf Elfwood and look at others' drawings and if you like it, try to imitate it. Good Luck!

Hi Max, thanks for visting my gallery.

I agree with Ryan and what he said about learning to draw people. But really, if "skinnyness" is your thing, then that's how your characters should look. I think we worry too much about stuff like that, too skinny, too big, etc, I mean it's just character design. This is fantasy art, not a modeling magazine for everyday type people.

I like your buildings best, even the leaning castle.

50 Max kutschenreuter replies: "Thanks for coming here, as for the skinnyness sure i don't worry about it too much but i would love to learn to draw some bigger women and men to get the hold of them all, so that i can choose more next time but thanks for the comments 1"

Thanks for the comment on my art, thought I'd return the favour 2

I like your art also, but as some people mentioned, you should think more about shading, often is better to shade too much than too little ^^

Good work so far.

You have work to do, but you've come a long way in a short while. In a few years, I expect this gallery to cause people to gasp in amazement. I've noticed giant improved steps from Black Lotus and Human Rougue to: The Jump of the Deer where you have a better command of anatomy, or control of drawing now. Keep up the good work.

1 Max kutschenreuter replies: "Wow, thanks * almost gets emotional * really this is the best comment/ compliment that i have ever had growing is a sign of getting better (Dôh) but oke THANKS !!"
