I was bored in my english class... and this dryaid decided to make an appearance. Completely done with a fine point sharpie. The dots almost killed me... So many (There's a reason why I don't do backgrounds so often)! I find the background a little hard to look at for too long... makes me a little dizzy... but i think once you can get past that it turned out nicely. Enjoy!

Wow, this one is amazing. I love her position. Very detailed...GREAT job. love the tree!

That's the thing with backgrounds -- the ones that take time tend to turn out looking utterly amazing... but... they just take a lot of time. Heh... Way to go! Your patience really payed off (even though it was done in... 1 english class?). Great pose on the character as well, especially the face - wow! - you're a very talented artist!

23 Haley Oatway replies: "hahaha, Thanks Mike! Yeah... it was like... my whole 80 minute english class plus maybe 15-20 minutes from my social class. Thanks again. I really loved the way she herself turned out. I'm attempting to do a colored versio in photoshop right now. She's done but I'm thinking I might change the background, because otherwise it'll take WAY too long. Talk to you later!"

WOW - she is very pretty, i love the way her white skin seems to glow against the dark background...the fact that she is so slim just adds to her ethereal presence...cool, i bet your hand hurt after that...does that Sharpie still work after all that!? 16

:-) Haley Oatway replies: "Yeah... I don’t do complex line art often... when I do, I remember why..."
