Does not look like KAZ, either of the cover art of the novels, or the now-discontinued "DragonLance: Legend Of Huma" comicbook.
It just looks like a man with horns, and not a Minotaur.

At any rate, the face is waaaaaay too humanoid to really consider the character as a 'taur.
