I love the feathers and think the tribal tattoo style fits very nicely, but I do think the head looks more like a soft-stylized dragon than a bird's (unless the bird is a stork), and the body's curvature makes it appear that it was designed to float on a watery surface like a waterfowl rather than a firebird often pictured in flight. Don't take this the wrong way. I love the picture, I just think it's proper to offer constructive criticism.
