Hi, i'm meagan. I'm 19 ....yessss-sss....anyho.... i'm a strange, crazy girl with a thing for fire. ;) I love to just to sit there hyped up on sugar and try to draw whatever strange fairy tale story is in my head at the time. my friends tell me it is true, that i am cracked, but i just tell them to not worry about it cuz i got super-glue to keep me together :)
I like to draw elfs and vampires, characters from rp'ings, and just doodles that i remake into larger art.
My stuff isn't really detailed. i don't worry about every pic being perfect. I'll have more drawings as time goes on. i update my gallery often, so i don't worry about stating the dates of the updates.
leave comments if you wish, even if you don't have anything to comment on, say hello, that way i know who's visiting me and i can check out your gallery;)
word to the unwise, flamers will be laughed at, made fun of, and trashed. i love getting ADVICE, thoughts and opitions of how to improve from people, but i've learned from the past. i'm not in a day dream world where i'm only looking for positive, but i'm not looking for rudness and put downs either. i.e; 'it sucks' is not constructive and has no point.
BY THE WAY, i'm not a great artist, i'm not pretending to be, i'm jsut having fun. thank you.

wow, that was a shock to be picked as an artist of the day, and missed it. thanks for the comments. i should say that work has been hell, and i haven't been able to work on anything, but my game plan is to redo some of what i have here and some other stuff. i've been finding new arts forms to play with and it's way off track from what i have here i.e; back to photography, clay and pottery.i'm really sorry to disappoint, but what i have here is old, raw and young... i can do better.

Anyways, onto your art. You say you don't think you are a good artist. sure, your technical skills aren't breathtaking, but the abstract style which you draw is very unique. To me, the work in this gallery shows a sense of "crazed genius" in the artist. It's almost as if your eyes see things in a totally different way than everybody else, and it shows in your art and in the way you draw things.
To me, a unique sense of perception is far more credible to an artist than technical skill. | |
