I’m quite sure you don’t remember the brief breach of silence that was me some time back, but nevertheless I figured I would let you know that I am in fact back online and quite happy to find you have not disappeared. Life reared its ugly head and lingered too long, but many large wooden (and now broken) sticks later I’ve beaten it back and here I am. However, I find it most depressing to discover how little progress I made reading through your shelf before I fled the Wood. Therefore, I have sworn to read nothing else for pleasure until I have at the very least finished an entire arc of your work.

I just thought you should know. Feel free to harass me on the subject. Or don’t. I can be such a nuisance, after all.

As a matter of fact, I’m surprised that I haven’t disappeared from Elfwood yet. I don’t expect to leave until Twisted Path is finished, at least.

Hi there. I have just read the prologue for Outcast on your other site, and found it to be a very strong and enjoyable first person narrative. I am already starting to feel attachment to your protagonist, and I will read more this evening when I have returned from work.
I also really like the idea of a second"mystery" narrator. I have an idea about that, however at this early stage I think I had best keep such thoughts to myself, or else prove myself foolish.

By "Tacit" did you mean "Tactic"?

I like his horror more than his dreamlands stuff. Re-Animator is my favourite. And the movie. Also, At the Mountains of Madness, Dagon, and The Dunwich Horror among others.
