"The Faerie and the Maiden Redone.jpg" by Melody Rose Goodrich

This one is a redo of the original one I posted earlier.  While there was nothing wrong with the original other than that the scan of it was terrible and I had sketched it too lightly, I can definitely say I've made a major improvement.  I sketched it darker, I made more contrast with the light and the dark in the forest, I feel I gave the trees and shadows more definition, I even fixed the proportions a little although there's still a lot more I have to fix on some of the proportions.  Anyway, I hope you like this one :)

Oh and for those of you who don't know, in this sketch the fairy (who's male, though I know it's difficult to tell because I chose to draw just a stick figure since it was just simpler and easier for me to do at the time, hopefully one day I'll be able to draw the fairy properly, anyway, the fairy) is in love with human.  He tries to hide it but finally, after she's had a long, miserable, lonely day, he decides to make it better for her by setting up a sort of romantic dinner for her with candles, wine, and a card written by a secret admirer. <3
