| 12 Sep 2006 | David Tarron | Loading...Well i have used tea for staining maps before , but painting with it, that's great, i guess it would behave like a watercolour. The city is superb,it looks ancient and overcrowded, the composition is excellant and you've reall nailed the perspective. Cityscape yet another thing i can't do. More tea work please!! Randy ''taffy''Linbourn replies: "that's how i started out ,doing "old maps", i use tea as a base coat for all my skin tones and while it's wet put in the shadow and highlight and try and blend it ....(sometimes i'm even succssesful .lol)......thanks for the wonderful comment on my art Dave ,cheers;0)" | |
