I thankee for all the comments at my gallery 2. and I have a question....Why do colors listen to you so well? Your pictures are so bright and alive and mine died before they were born >10. hehe, I still love pencil drawings and sketches but colors are waaaay out of my league.

:-) Mercedes Andi replies: "Don't say that, it's ridiculous! You just need to practice, I remember debating with my fifth grade teacher over whether or not I could get out of coloring my covered wagon picture ... I think I did end up weasling out of that. Maybe not though, I have a distinct memory of a picture of a wagon with an apple tree (trees!) in the background. Ya know, if colors don't agree with you, ya can work with that and paint people with blue or green faces and orange hair (see Andy Warhol's Marilyn Monroe paintings ::is surprised she can even remember his name:2."

G'day and welcome to The Woods! You have a definate style, with a perception of dramatic colour and a gorgeous technique! My favorite is definately the 'Red Fairy' i love the background in that piece! Keep up the great work!
