I see others have talked about her "bad half" but what I like about this picture is that it’s NOT obvious that one half is bad and one good. They’re just different. And if there’s any "opposites" involved, I’d say it’s natural vs artificial. And when it comes to humans we all have a bit of both, don’t we? All your work is good but this stands out as somewhat "deeper" for lack of a better word...
