Tag As FavoriteComment		This is Equus Fire, finally all finished. (Here's my little tip: don't try to make something that isn't made of fire look like it's made of fire with CG coloring. It's a royal pain in the rear. This is result after something close to my tenth attempt. I think it came out alright, but I'm still not satisfied with it.) Ahem. Anyway, this is Equus Fire, epitomy of Power, Fury, Chaos, and Light.

I came to realize when I did this picture that this coloring method was not something I could a series with at the time. I'm still learning how to paint in Photoshop, and this picture proved to be more of a pain than a pleasure to do. So don't expect any others like this, at least for a while. right now I'll do an elemental series with a medium I'm much more skilled with: colored pencils. But I'll leave this since its relatively well liked.

Haha i love fire horses i have a game called world of warcraft and im doing a warlock and i have to get her to lvl 40 to get a fire horse oh i love fire so much fire is the best but sadly im element earth.. Could you design a earth horse 2

I like the idea a lot, but I think the white hooves and eyes are a bit distracting. My eyes become drawn to them rather than seeing the picture as a whole. One of the things my painting teacher was always chiding me for was using plain white to highlight things. She suggested adding color to the white to make it more of a pastel so the white is not so harsh.
