i saw a really well done photomanipulation someone in elfwood did, where they made themself an elf. it was really good. i've been meaning to do a self portrait, and it gave me the idea. not an elf, but rather a showing of my inner darkness, a daemon. so i took a phot of me, and started drawing. it took a long time, let me tell you. this is definitely my most advanced piece to date. it took weeks. originally she simply had golden cat's eyes, but i decided to go with red to match the hair. so i kinda look something like this. i don't think i'll attempt anything on this scale again for a long time.
