22 Sep 2006	Catwink	Loading... Lovely ideal, but the stomach on the mother mermaid seems out of proportion and poorly formed. Regardless, the colors are beautiful as well as the other features of the painting.

I love what you do w/ watercolors and ink, very nice! how did you do the background's splotchy pattern? if you don't mind me asking.... btw, I like this pieace better than the other mermaid one you did, I think the colored pencils somehow make the whole look flatter... you excel so much more w/ WC & Inks...

I took them to work & everyone comments how beautiful. I think MH is the best artist yet for me 2 discover concerning Mermaids, dragons and fairies! love love love this artist’s work.
