Calypso
Enchantress of the sea

I wanted to explore the use of photo reference with this piece to achieve a more realistic look.  I remember being extremely inspired by the color red at the time, especially since it was around Christmas time.  Alot of my older work from many years ago was done in a more realistic style, and a part of me wanted to see if I could still accomplish it.  I was happy with the results of the experiment ^_____^.  I named her Calypso after the ocean goddess in mythology.

This is My favorite Picture on this entire website and I wanted to know if there was any way you could recreate me as her.. I wanted to be turned into a mermaid so bad and i havent found anyone who has done one that looks as good as her.. please let me know if it can be done and the cost of it
