It's supposed to be a banshee by the way. I think I got the inspiration for it from Gargoyles. Great show. I wasn't satisfied with her expression at first and I'm stil, not, she doesn't seem frustrated or angry enough.

This is very good. People can be difficult to draw, you succeeded! I love the hair, and the bleak, nightmarish mood of the picture, faintly macabre! Nice.

:-) Michelle Smith replies: "Well, I don't think it's really intense enough to be macabre, although it was what I was hoping for. I do like the hair, though. Poor girl needs conditioner!"

I can see her standing in a dark forest during a thunder storm screaming just before she gets the campers.

:-) Michelle Smith replies: "That would be a great movie, the Blair Banshee Project. It would feature gratuitous nudity, stupidity (college freshman?) and a closeup of nostrils."

Maybe if you made the eyes bigger, darker, more intense and looking straight at the viewer the picture would have more of that punch you are looking for.
I like her. Freaky!

:-) Michelle Smith replies: "You are soo right, she'd look better with hooded eyes. It would give her exactly the right look. I might have to redo it..."

Maybe if you raise her eyebrows diagonally and draw creases on her forehead she'd look more angry/frustrated. Shes cool though.

2 Michelle Smith replies: "Well, I've messed around with her features, but I'm afriad to add more cuz it gets harder and harder to erase. But good suggestion. *bows*"

She reminds me of Medusa. Love the hair, I want it 2.

16 Michelle Smith replies: "Hmmm, and here for years I've tried to get rid of it. Oh well, one woman's bad hair day is another's prom hairdo."

I definently saw Medusa!

My grandmother has a photograph of a sculpture of medusa from some church or something that looks alot like this.

:-) Michelle Smith replies: "I'm not surprised. There must be many variations of the picture, even if it isn't depicting medusa (or a banshee). It's like those cartoons that show scared people with hair sticking up straight. No, I am surprised. What's Medusa doing at a church?"
