Michael, you have an amazing gift. Your work truly is inspiring to me. I have always loved the faerie realm, and have just recently begun drawing them myself. I will continue to look back here and see what new and beautiful creatures you have conjoured from your soul, and i will ATTEMPT to bring the same life to my work ;P Sincerely, AstroJen (Lori Hollifield, Saffire)
Wow. Great comment, Lori. Thanks a ton. Now I need to walk across the parking lot and see your work. I love that I'm inspiring people. Thank you.

Hey, neat wrinkles! He's sort of.. creepy looking though. He unsettles me. Is he supposed to do that?
.. actually, no. He's supposed to be a pleasant fella with deep thoughts and deeper, swirly wrinkles. Kay-Sara etc.

OOOH! Wow! I LOVE the shading on those wrinkles. They look etched deeply into the skin. He does look like he's part tree. Great face.

Well, the wrinkles -do- make his face look like it's made of wood... and I love it. =^_^=

You know, those wrinkles remind me of Tony Diterlizzi's work.. The illustration of nockers (Changeling)
He does look like an ent, though.. Must be the eyebrows or something *heh* To make a long rant short: I like it.
