Work on your shading a little. Some of the drawings of humans would look really good with the right shading. I got this advice from someone else, and it's worked very well: print out your drawings, and work on the shading. That way, you won't mess up the origional if you mess up. Also, try to study the human's face a little bit. You could draw your friend or try to copy a picture. It really helps, trust me! Good work! Keep adding more to your gallery and never give up! I'll grant you that your work has some merit... you've got some potential here... but come on, people, you're not going to do him any good by just telling him he's amazing! You have a good start, but you should work on more detail... maybe experiment with shading... definitely find references to use to improve your proportions and perspective, as much of your work looks very flat... and the biggest recommendation I can give you is to figure out how to darken your pictures when you scan them. I had to tilt my screen almost completely horizontal before I could make out the pencil-lines in the gryphon picture. Keep drawing, 'tis the only way to improve.
