| 1 Dec 2003 | Ken Tawara | Loading...I'm not an epilouge artist and no where close to it, but I've had some experience critiqueing art... I think what they mean is that the backround lacks detail, and that it's akward when compared to the main part of the picture. I think adding some deeper shades on to the picture might help but you might also lose some of the whispy feel of the picture. The other thing is the celtic symbol in the background has very defined shadows, and if that is part of the composition, I think the strength of the light source on the symbol is much greater than the woman. This kinda gives the composition a confusing feeling as it's kinda hard to know if the symbol is just a symbol on the picture or if it's interacting with the rest of the objects in the picture. Other than that, I think it's a lovely picture, I love the atomosphere and the general feel of it. **two thumbs up** -Ken | |
