	This is Chelsea Chattan, a very powerfull witch and the main character from Jamie RObertsons Clan of the Cats (http://www.clanofthecats.com/) This has become on of my favourite webcomics, go read now! I did this one with a mouse in Open Canvas (from scratch)... I know it's bad but I wanted to draw Chelsea anyway...
