HEY, I have seen that episode.

I made this up based on an idea of where the Koopa Kids and King Koopa got the idea and the info as to how to steal, control, and know the magical secrets of the magic wands from in Mario Bros. 3 and I figuired it was Kamek, being the Magikoopa leader and all.. He's gotta be the most knowledgable dealing with all things magical... especially magic wands! "
