Tag As FavoriteComment		Red has been a part of my life since childhood. Before I ever read my first fantasy book, he turned up in my mind one day. I can actually recall the exact moment, where I was, what I was doing, when I first saw him perched on a snowclad cliff, in a blizzard.
This big red winged stallion, always in a snowy landscape, has been a silent and mysterious companion throughout my life. He never speaks, but yet I can tell he is very wise.

The piece was drawn fairly quickly, and though I'm pretty happy with it, the clouds are the thing I've put the least energy into. Maybe I'll rework them at a later time. And it was quite hard to draw for anothe rreason - I'm working on a flat screen, at the coors are coming out very differently from what i'm used too, so forgive any strangeness that might be due to this!

wow the first friend i’ve had on my life was a horse i don’t ever remember seeing its face or hearing just the joy of it being near and my wild dreams of riding it. i would do a pic of me riding the faceless horse but i need work on people. maybe i’ll draw my odd friend....
