First in a series of three black fantasy horse-critters I did. They're black, so I called them Beauty Like the Night. Oooh, clever huh? Anyway, this is the unicorn. Or rather, a horse with a horn on its head. A cookie to the person who comes up with the best name for him!

UPDATE: And his name shall be called Tenebrae (apparently it means 'darkness'). Don't eat all those cookies at once now, Anne...

Pencil & ink, tweaked in Photoshop.

Update 5/27/05:Uploaded a new version...the old version was from a photo; this time I scanned it and was able to clean it up a bit better.

He’s been put in a tour of Fresians but he really doesn’t look like a fresian, aside from being black. That said, he’s gorgeous and fabulous and perfect and I luff heem.
