Concerning the ladybugs: here in Wisconsin we have a slight problem with exotic ladybugs; let's just say that in autumn (and to a lesser extent throughout the winter) one must haul out the shop vac on a regular basis and suck hoards of the little buggers off the windows (on the inside of one's house). Very nasty. Hence the title adjectives.

And concerning Franz Amder, he's, well, a little dragon, his attention diverted in mid-scratch by a whirring ladybird beetle (which is probably intent on biting Franz on the nose). Don't ask what's up with the muscle definition on his leg; something odd happened to it as I colored (but, I say, aren't taxidermy catalogues excellent for coming up with creature poses? This started out as a squirrel). I feel I have a long way to go before I'm satisfied with anything I do with Prismacolors.

6 Dec 2005	Amy ´Insom´ Downum	Loading... I might suggest something for the rather disenchanted Prisma user. Buy the blending pencils, they work like fairytale magic. They blend together the colours, make the hues richer, and get rid of all the white speckles in the colouring. Just a suggestion - little Franz is adorable either way!
