This was formerly my 'Unfinished Unicorn and Pegasus,' but I finished it, so I guess I have to rename it. I was digesting Schumann symphonies while coloring it, so that's where their names come from. But I'm not entirely sure who's who.

Yes, that is the Photoshop grass brush. Yes, those are Photoshop maple leaves. There's even a smattering of that nifty ivy leaf brush on the bottom. And the flowers. Shame on me.

The unicorn and pegasus were a pencil sketch, cleaned up in Micrografx. Background done from scratch in Photoshop w/Wacom.

So innocent.. Those two look so beautiful and innocent. And that background is so great! Also the poses of horses are so natural and real. Just an amazing picture, have to Love it!

I think I'm going to have to disagree with Elven Ranger here...the unicorn seems more like the Robert, the pegasus Clara.
And...*gasp* a unicorn that _looks_ like a unicorn! Thank you so much for being mythologically correct. ^___^

I love how the winged horse looks like a horse, and then the unicorn looks nothing like a horse. It outlines how different from a horse a unicorn should be (of course who am I to talk I draw horses-w/-horns all the time) but I just love the contrast yet similarity between the two. Well done. Why do they look worried?

To me, pegasus = "Robert" and unicorn = "Clara" 2

I relaly like the lightening of the backgroud as it gets more and more distant. Nice contrast to the whiteness of the animals.

They seem to be afraid of something. I wonder what they're looking at.
