"Thunder" by Misti Hope Wudtke

There are a good many things I'd change about this if it were a digital painting--but alas, watercolors are more fickel, so it shall stay the way it is.  I ought to have made the thing less drab in general, I ought to have made the mice more grey than brown, etc. etc.  It's a bit muddled-looking, but I still like it (obviously--I'm uploading it, aren't I?).

Just a tiny hatchling dragon who was out on a berry-picking expedition in the forest, when he heard what sounded like a storm coming his way.  He met up with a couple of white-footed mice and they all decided to take shelter beneath a big old toadstool to wait out the rain...but now that they're safely hidden, where is the storm?
