Tag As FavoriteComment		This isn't Frodo, nor Sam, nor Merri, Pippin, or Bilbo...this is just a generic Hobbit that sort of showed up on the page. I had no idea what to sketch even when I started...just started with drawing a circle and the page decided what was there.

I do that sometimes...well, lots of times actually...though to differing levels of success. Sort of like (and no, I'm not comparing myself to a master per se) Michelangelo did with marble -only chipping away the bits that weren't supposed to be there to release the sculpture that lay beneath.

Pencil(no.2), 2b pencil, 6b pencil...
