	Since I was a kid I've always loved good, Swashbuckling, Romantic Adventures...particularly those starring Errol Flyn. Here the hero has pinned his adversary to the tavern wall. As with other works, this is a sketch still in progress... pencil (given a sepia tint in photoshop)

I like the boots and the rest of their attire, but I've noticed a tendency for your figures to have very narrow knees... 15 Mar 2006	Another Artist guy	Loading... Very nice. I think it actually works quite well as it is. Maybe just a little darker on the adversary. I think the Adventures of Robin Hood (1939) is Errol's best film. Either that or The Master of Ballentray. Oh yeah, I love the casual confidence he shows at having bested his opponant (Who looks a bit like Bazil Rathbone).
22 Nov 2006	Messenger	Loading... Did you ever see " The Court Jester " staring Danny Kaye? It's an old flic but it's absolutely hilarious and he too did a scene of swordfighting as well. Anyway, this is a very good picture. Keep up the good work. Mike 'LoboLoco' Garcia replies: "Oh, yes, "The Court Jester" is one of my all-time favorite films.Thanks for the comment."
