	And would you believe all he really wants in life is to be a goatherd? Glyndevon is a character I'm still developing for writing. He's a mercenary by chance rather than choice, he inherited those swords, as well as the job. The scary thing is he's probably one of the most sane and gentle characters I've created. ;-)

7 Aug 2000	Dylan K. Meconis	Loading... That face...it just screams "hug me." No, in general, excellent handling of a difficult pose, and your colored pencil work is lovely. Great character design: terribly memorable, and very endearing. My only suggestion would be to tighten up the sky part of the background somehow---darken it around the edges to really make the drawing focus around Glyn. So...you gonna take my firstborn as an offering, or what?

30 Dec 2000	Amber A. Bay	Loading... WONDERFUL character sketch! Just fabulous. You really spent some time on him. My only criticism is that the background does not do justice to the character. Especially the sky. Wonderful pic, regardless.
21 Jan 2001	The mildly annoyed (and possibly unjustified) artist to DWARFx10	Loading... I must be really damn good to rip off Drizzt without ever having read any of the books on him. Could you please explain to me how a non-drow character who lives in the desert, wishes he could be a goatherd, and is a sweet and naive young elf could be ripping off Drizzt? If it's just because he has two swords, then it's pretty sad no one but Drizzt can have two swords without automatically becoming a copycat. I am aware of Drizzt Do'Urden because all I ever hear about him is complaints... I heard so much about him with negative associations that it made me want to avoid the books. Now I really better not read them...

5 May 2003	Khr0nik_Myst	Loading... Ok, so my comment is a bit late oh well, erm, eat a spoonful of sugar, that might help. And the pic is very good, even if the facial characteristics etc are not what many would think an elf to have, it's very creative and the pose is really a work of art.
25 Oct 2003	Kocho	Loading... This is amazing...it may perhaps be a new favorite for me! The colors and detail are stupendous! The pose is fantastically executed, the colors highlite the pose very well. Anyone saying anything about other characters can go chew on a Mead eraser.
