"A Fine Day In Harfalsong" by Rikard Molander

This picture is an illustration from a RPG session in which the outlaw Nasef is taking care of the guards to help his friends escape from Harfalsong, the City of Spells. He later realizes that this is the first time in his life he's done something that he gained absolutely nothing from doing.

The game system used is Arcana Unearthed, which is different from common high fantasy in a coupla ways. Thus the alabasts and the mohj, for example. And yeah, those of you familiar that the game know that mohj are supposed to look a hella lot cooler and not like something from the 'V'-series, but hey... You try to draw them! They're tricky!

Oh, and the mohj in the foreground? That's Beo, who's on Nasef's side. And as one might expect, he's about to cause a little delay for the pursuers...
