Well i realised I've had very many D&D characters in my days, so I decided to make a picture of my favourite ones. Note that this picture is a work in progress, I'm gonna add some shading, some more detail, and a bit of computer work as well. Hopefully at least. The characters are, from left to right: Garlica Brown, a witch (I invented that class by combining the sorcerer and the druid. It's working quite well.) who is a straightforward, quite unfemininine girl who gets along well with beggars, burglars, thugs, orcs and other 'scum'. To the right of her we see Sain the Novice, who has my personality. He follows the water god, Nali (You might win something if you find out where I stole that god from) and is quite annoying since he praises everything that is wet. If we move a bit down and to the right, we find my most successful character, Gelbon Scheppen of Zookfnippeln, wizard but not illusionist. A wacky little fellow. And to the far right is Wanda, a half-elven druidess which I don't play with anymore. I can't quite remember her, it was a while ago I played. Geez what a long description, I should probably stop.

Hey! Awesome costume design. I think this is one of my favorates. Probably because it has a background. Nice colouring too!

Hmmm, Nali the water god... would that be from the PC game Unreal?

I admit, I cheated and used Google. Just goes to show how cheap I am, I guess.

you seem to have a good grasp of relative character height. I know, it sounds like a really cheesy sort of thing to have a good grasp on, but it's important nontheless... each character has a different build and stature, which speak volumes about their personalities. The hips, though- especially on the robe-wearers there- are probably just a little too thin... large hips are generally considered the domain of females (and rightfully so) but even so, males have gotta have hips as well. 12 Nicely done!

:-) Rikard Molander replies: "Aaahh, you got me there. Yeah, but I'm even cheaper using names from a PC games... Needed a deity really quick when I introduced priests of water, and I just stole it. You are, indeed correct. And I know the hips are really bad, especially on Sain... I saw it when I drew, but I was too lazy to change after the background was done and all..."

Sain's hammer with the fish symbol on it is too cool. 1 I agree with Kyle about the hip thing -- you might try drawing women with MASSIVE hips in the future to get some practice on drawing men and women with normal hips. Or not. 10 Wanda turned out the best, in my opinion, because you gave her a little more detail and personality than the others. Great work!

14 Rikard Molander replies: "Well there's an idea... massive hips... mmmm... *stares into space for a while*
Anyways, thanks for all the comments I've been getting on this pic. They are all very helpful 1"
