Absolutely fantastic. This picture shows great detail and emotion. You can really relate to the hard choice the angel is currently making. However, he looks completely bewitched by this woman and I believe that he will make the desicion to stay with. Not necissarily the right desicion. The woman again, looks beatiful, yet mischeivious. I don't know if you intended this, but the woman looks almost happy with leading the angel into temptation. This leads me to believe that she is a succubus. I have no idea whether you implied this, but thats what this art says to me. Angels beware!o-o I have to congratulate you for having a swif eye! No boddy ever noticed the expression on her face before you! (note to selfe: work on my facial emotions) I'm happy some one finaly noticed! She's not exacly a succubus, or i would've drawn her naked and more sensual, but let's say that she isn't an "angel" ^-^

There actually is a part of early Medieval Christian doctrine about humans tempting angels. I could be getting the story wrong (and forgive me if I do, I'm not too familiar with this one) but here goes: a few generations after the Fall of Adam and Eve, an angel spied one of Eve's daughters bathing (somethign like that) he was immediately smitten with her and began to court her in mortal guise. Eventually other angels followed his lead and began falling in love with human women. God gave them the ultimatum of staying in Heaven or leaving to stay on earth with the mortal women. Some of the angels stayed in Heaven, some left and became known as the Nephalim (again I could be wrong on the name). They are not considered "Fallen Angels" in the strictest sense, seeing as they left Heaven of their own accord, and on reasonably amicable grounds with God. After they left Heaven though I don't know what became of them...they may have become mortal or something. Anway, see the movie "City of Angels" with Nicholas Cage and Meg Ryan for a similar story, set in the modern day.There is so many versions of how Angels mutated when they got cut-off from heaven! Some say they became Giants, some say they became Dryads...and many more legends... all more inspiring then the other ^o^ whatever they became! I just think that they became Muses. They are so inspiring! XD

Actually the expression on his face is a little... stony? Bleargh. Why cover? Wanna see! XPWell, from what i remember, he wasn't suposed to be in the picture at the first place so i guess he turned out like that because i didn't plan the drawing for 2 ppl.thanks for your.. well commentMarie~ 

I really really like this piece, i can agree w/ some of the commments here & i am super surprised that no one has said anything about it being 'pornographic' because (& this is my fave part of it) of the breasts. They are beautifully done & in my opinion they are the best part of this picture.I love how the clothing drapes over them & just the overall look, & now im sounding like a perv but it is great art! Keep up the amazing work!
