This is a Space Marine or Adeptus Astartes to be precise from Games Workshop - Warhammer 40000 universe.
I drew this a long while back - but only painted it recently... still experimenting with Corel Painter.

Eh, that chainsword looks so kick*** compared to the ones on the actual models! Great work!
