	This is one of my first more complex silk paintings I've painted years ago, done on a 90x90cm piece of silk (ponge 0.8).

I remember doing silk paintings when I was little, except then it was just a mish-mosh of colours, and then we sprinkled on salt so the colour would flow all out... o_o Anyways, it's a stunning picture! Trine xx Manuela P. Forst replies: "Yes, I know the technique you're talking about. It's nice how colours flow together and make textures because of the salt. You can create some nice effects this way and it's much faster than the technique I've used for this piece of work."
