O_O! I just had a sudden thought... in Ark of Truth, Teal’c goes on an epic journey across a bunch of mountains... but... they were only on the planet to get a thing, not to stay, so why did he have enough tritonin to sustain him all that really long way? Seriously. o_O And he was on foot, after all... et alone the fact that the timelines don’t track... senseless...

Well, considering offworld expeditions by SG1 never, ever go to plan and they always seem to get themselves in some sort of diabolical mess, it would probably be wise of Teal’c to carry with him a whole crapload of tritonin in case of any eventuality, no?

Or maybe he was always intending to go on an epic quest across the mountains and getting the thing was just an excuse?

Then again, have you even seen Ark of Truth?

Nope. I think I recall something about vowing never to see it due to my intense dislike of all post-O’Neill SG...

Agh! And if they had the money to get shiny floors, and to make the orisi lady pop around in a flamey mass, why couldn’t they get their special effects people to swap the mud out for the nice purdy plains of Celestis that they featured in season nine? Why?

Or did they just run out of time...? >.>
