Hello schwesterchen, and welcome to elfwood!
You've been here for only a few days and
already have more pics than me, well, I'm
lazy to scan...For the time being my
matriculation exams(yes, that is the word to use, I now
have a dictionary)are coming closer and closer, why can't
we have OWLs, they would be much more fun?
Where was I, yes, I don't have time for any art now...

9 Maria Rossi replies: "Hrmph. Off to study for your Finnish exam (which is on Monday, if I recall correctly), shoo!"

Oh, my! you are studying translation, too?? how cool!

First let me tell you, thank you for your comments! and that your art is so GREAT!! I like it very much, specially those with sad expressions, I mean, it´s awesome how you can depict sadness like in "Aureole" for example (my favourite, jeje). I love them, keep the hard work, please!! =)

:-) Maria Rossi replies: "Hmm...I really wasn't thinking about sadness while drawing Aureole, more likely something on the lines of contemplation, but I see how it could be interpreted like that. One of the things I love about other people's interpretations on my art is that they help me to look at it with fresh eyes. You can become so blind to your own work, if you know what I mean. Blind to its faults and good points alike. Thank you."

I didn't quite realize earlier how many pictures linked
to me you actually had in your gallery. I'm impressed.
I've obviously played a big part in your artistic efforts.
Ok, I'm going now, put down your...is it an axe? No, it's a sword, run for your lives! A mad French-translator with a
sword on loose!

9 Maria Rossi replies: "Hrmph. _Very_ funny, sis. And by the way, it's 'on _the_ loose, I believe."

I'm going to make a tour to draw people to gallery 589. I was wondering if you could please tell me which you consider your best picture, so I can include it in the tour which will have the best pictures of each and every artist in gallery 589. I'd like to get the tour done before, say, the 17th, so please hurry!

11 Maria Rossi replies: "Sorry, been detached form the Wood whole summer... Glad you want a pic of mine for the tour, but of these I have currently up...I think you could use Aureole, it's a bit old, but I'm still quite proud of it and the scan is one of the cleanest I have. So, there you go."

2 Nice work, strong expressions

11 Maria Rossi replies: "Thank you. The trouble is, I'm currently so caught up in my studies, I have absolutely no time at all for artistic pursuits - hence the lack of new pics."
