| 24 Aug 2009 | MT Starkey | Loading... The program I use is called Ulead Photo Express. It came with a scanner that I bought about ten years ago. I’d upgrade but I don’t wanna shell out heaps of cash and this one works perfectly anyway. I don’t use a tablet. Every colour piece was done using a good old mouse.
