November 1, 2008: The inked version of Mermaid on the Beach which I took down today in favor of this newer version (done in 2004 which isn't at all recent). The fish used for pattern and fin reference was an Australian Cale.

:-) Werner Mueck replies: "Thanks. On the original sketch description I mentioned the female part was drawn from a photo reference, Brook Burns if I remember right (the host of Dog Eat Dog). I think it was from Maxim magazine."
