Melissa L. Withington

I graduated from Covenant College in Lookout Mountain, GA in 2003 and have basically taught ever since.  I lived in Sendai, Japan from March 2006 to July 2008 as a missionary associate and taught private English lessons there.  I am now back in the States with family and am trying to decide what to do next.  Hopefully, it won't have too much to do with teaching, but we'll see.   :)

I enjoy art as a hobby and as a way to connect with other people.  I love using charcoal, but I do most of my fantasy art with regular and colored pencils, and sometimes ink (usually ballpoint).  My favorite fantasy authors are C.S. Lewis, J.R. Tolkein, George MacDonald, and Terry Brooks. I hope you enjoy my artwork. Please tell me what you think - I love constructive criticism!
