Tag As FavoriteComment		A goddess who once rulled in a seat of power but was over thrown and the people who worshiped her forgot there duities to her and even forgot her name. After centuries of watching her fellows worshiped and tributes paid to them and not her she grows resless and angry and she could hold back no longer, she was tired to being nameless.

Oh I agree with you, this one does look a lot darker than the original. It's a fantastic piece. Well done!!! I also love the little bit of red that's running underneath her. I looked at it and I'm not sure if it's a tree root or blood, but I suppose that's the mystery. An enigmatic piece altogether! Makes you think!

Oh, I think this is your best pic, it looks almost professional! Very detailed, I have no patience to do such things. Took a long time, huh?

Wow, this is great, better than anything I've done. Did you do this with color pencils? I have so much trouble blending with color pencils. I love how you did the eyes.

:-) Bernadette J. Peterschmidt replies: "yeah I did this with colored pencils. For the eyes I'ts basicly a matter of the pressure that you use to get the schading to look right, press harder in the corners of the eyes and lighter in the middle. (I'm guessing that you ment the goddesses eyes and not the tree's nut it's basicly the same for both)"

i like the details on that tree. She looks a bit thin or too staight?. i like how you colour the background.practice little more with shadeings, the curves on her clothes, her dress is very simple whicht i like....ermmm...isent that tree looking at me?...
