This is a commission I did... I'm rather pleased with how it turned out... Drawn, as always with a mechanical pencil... Finished on October 19th, 2000...

Isn't this that medical symbol of the two snakes with wings, intertwined. I have a binder with it on it somewhere.Urm, ~no~. That's snakes, not dragons. They aren't the same, and I wasn't even thinking of the medical symbol when I drew that. It's what the person who did the commissioning wanted. ;}

They aren't dragons. They're wyrms or worms. Dragons have 4 legs, drakes are smaller with 4 legs and wyverns have 2 legs.

:-) Natalie Jo Bagby replies: "  Wyrms and worms, as well as wyverns and drakes, are all types of dragons. And yes, these two are Wyrms. I couldn't figure out how to get legs to work properly. I also have another Wyrm around here somewhere, as well as a Wyvern. 2"

Awesome! love these style of "dragons", simple and not quite a dragon but still identified as a dragon (or partially). Do the sample style myself (not that good at detail) but not nearly as good as this!
