This is a running unicorn mare. Mabye she's running away from something, but I don't think she is with that horn lowered how it is. I wonder what made her angry?

She was drawn with a mechanical pencil, and finished on February 12th, 2003.

The muscles, the head and the horn are beautiful. I think the legs are a bit too short though and maybe the tail should be higher up. Other than that it's lovely 2

:-) Natalie Jo Bagby replies: "Thanks for the comments Tempa. If I'd based her on an Arabian, you'd be right. But she's based on a Quarter Horse or perhaps an Andalusian, with aspects of both. They both have lower set tails. And Peruvian Pasos and Paso Finos have even lower set tails."
