No offence but the female population is usually trained to be priestesses and the males are meant to be Mages and Warriors... there are some females who are mages and some who are warriors but they are almost allways commoners as noble daughter's are too valuable to be trained as common warriors

I am not really a traditionalist when it comes to how I depict my character. I _am_ particular about never making a male priest of Lloth as there is no such thing. Though I do not mind making male mages.

You are incorrect Lauren. Remember Alton Devir or Masoj Hun'ett in the Dark Elf trilogy? They both practiced magic, they were male. There is an exception to every rule. Nice pic btw.

Nice Picture! My, he's buff! <G> In the novels, there are LOTS of Drow Male Wizards! In Elaine Cunningham's "Daughter of the Drow" novel for example, Gromph, the male Drow Archmage of Menzoberranzan, tells his daughter Liriel that she is an oddity since many female Drow are born without the gift for wizardry. This is probably due to the fact that they've been forced to be priestesses for so long that it's now a genetic predisposition. Male Drow are more often the Wizards, so much so that they have no level limit or multiclassing penalty as Wizards. Just thought I'd clear that up.

gee willikers, who cares what male and female drows are 'supposed' to be, let the kid imagine. sheesh. I like the right hand with the magic trails around it. for a moment i thought the collar of his robe behind his head was a nifty hair piece. nice style of clothing and the folds.

he's got too bulky a build to be Drow...and YES, male spell casters are EVERYWHERE. Males use Arcane magic, and females use divine magic. And everyone can at the very least cast darkness and a coupla other spells, regardless of rank or class.
