This is the third and final instar in the Acrea Catipillar Fae's development. she is very plump, and with good reason. she must store up much energy in preperation for her metamorphasis into the Acrea Moth Faery.

one note, this is a very attractive body type. as i have said on many other pieces of mine, i find that thin doesnt equal beatiful. although thin sertainly doesnt equal unattractive, i have found that most men, including me, find the plump more attractive than the thin. so dont be afraid to eat all the chocolate your heart desires! well, unless your allergic or something, then it wouldnt be a good idea.

I just want to say...WOW. Your work is awesome and you have such creativity. ::cuddles the Catipillar Fae:: I think its rather beautiful...cute even. And I would also like to say (despite my body shape ::looks like a twig:: ) I really like your comment on women's bodies! There are too many men who don't accept a woman for who or what she is because she has a little more curve than the models on Victoria's Secrets catalogs. So on behalf of all women who don't look "perfect" I thank you!

:-) Nathaniel S. Summers replies: "Thanks! ^_^ I'm glad there are people out there that actually think my catipillar fae are cute! And you are right, women need not obsess over their looks or get discouraged because of what they view as 'imperfections'. Our imperfections are what make us human, to be perfect is to be fake, to be inhuman. Thanks."

yes, a stomach doesnt matter, as a matter of fact, looks should never be the basis of a relationship, anyways. I see how you used the layers of colored pencils like you recomended to me, nice job on the pose, its reminds me alot of a pinup pose. the anatomy looks good to me, and so does the whole piece, nice work

Well you definitly get points for originality! What a marvelous idea, and you pulled it off perfectly. Her pose is adorable.

Wow, I love it! The anatomy is great, and the stages of development idea is very original. I can see you're very talented, keep up the good work!

Hmm... your anatomy isn't quite as on as in the first in the series... But it still looks freakin' awesome, so who cares? I love how her body looks! If I weren't afraid of the teeth and I wasn't already dating someone I'd ask her to come out with me sometime...
Awesome job either way dude. She's such a lovely growing girl!

A tad frightening, yet, beautiful. I applaud your genius.

Heheh, well it's nice to know that plump women can be attractive. And, as odd as it may seem, this drawing seems to prove it. Not that I'm saying your creature is attractive, but she is a very pretty drawing. I suppose that I'm just trying to say the dichotomy I see in this drawing is cool.

It doesn’t get anymore original than this. She’s stunning!
