*laffs* Oh, how elfin! I love it! The wings especially are fantastic, but I must say I agree about the legs. (Thanks for visiting me)

Actually, there is one more thing that I think could have been done a little bit better.. her right hand looks twisted, like it's been broken, and the fingers are a little short. Otherwise, a great costume, and a wonderful job with the wings. Her nose, also, stands out to me, because it's simply such a bold way to draw a nose. I love it. : ) Very unexpected.

This is very kool (and yes i agree with the comment on the legs)...But i disagree with the comment about the hands i think they have been done really well, it's probs just the way she has to hold the gun!! Oh well great drawing and really great shading!...I'd be proud *turns green with envy* lol...

The wings look awesome, did you use butterfly reference pics?
Re: the hand comment- THe reason her right hand looks broken is because the wrist is far too thin, so it makes it look like it's twisted beyond what it should be.
Re: your reply to katie- I have the habit of actually taking the pose of a character if I can't imagine the exact foreshortening or something like that. Glad to hear I'm not the only freak artist. <
One thing I have a problem with is her right foot. She looks like her foot is extended, although you were trying to go for a flat look? Overall though, nice way of blending fantasy and sci-fi. It's quite Final Fantasy, if you get my meaning.

Summers replies: "thanks! and i am completely aware of all of this pieces shortcommings. i wasnt trying to go for a flat look but it seems that is what i have accomplished. my only reference on the wings was a quick glance noticing the veining of butterflies i saw on a poster in class."

Nice work, I like the shading, and the wings and gun look great. yes, her nose is big, but its not a bad think, it actually looks good to me. you did say you were experimenting. nice work.

Heheh, she looks so pissed and at the same time as though she ought to be this nice, pretty, docile little craeture. I like her!
