As much as I hate to say it, the guy looks a ton like Micheal Jackson. A very well drawn one, though. I love the background and his clothes, his hair's good too. Great Job.

He reminds me of Vladimir. Creepy stare, pale skin, and long black hair. I like the choice in colors on the armor and how even though Mobius is a vampire you didn’t make him overly flamboyant or too "pretty". At least I can tell he’s male. lol. Your friend obivously has a good imagination too for coming up with the concept!
