Your ability to handle the skin tones makes me want to never try out computer art because I would break stuff when I couldn't do it as good. Another thing. All of the hands in your drawings are perfect. Anatomically, shading size everything. Amazing. Francis RP Navarro replies: "I would hardly call my shading "photo-realistic." Most of the time they're just random soft brushstrokes with little regard for the light source(s). As for the hands, I used a digital camera and took a picture of my hand holding a pole on a mirror. That's the anatomy part. As for the skin tones, I just play it by ear (or hand) starting with the face. Just go ahead and try it, man." | |
