Wow--you've got realistic portraits down pat! ^^ I think his expression and features are just great. Judging from his haircut, he's trying to act a little more human, anyway! ^^ It's refereshing to see an elf with short hair. Excellent job on the shading, too--I'm especially impressed by the depth and dimension to the neck, collarbone, shoulders and chest. Awesome stuff.

Maybe it crooked cause his head looks like its on a slant. Like he's trying to understand them.

I think it's that he pouted so much because he thought that humans have all of the fun that his face froze that way, and that's why he has a crooked nose (though it really doesn't look crooked to me). Should've listened to his mother...tsk tsk...
Good job on the shading, he looks...shiny. ^_^
