***UPDATED INFO!!!***  February 25, 2006 - My name is officially changed now from Garret to Bingham!  I just got married on Saturday, January 21, 2006!  Sorry it's been so long, but I hope everyone is doing great!  I missed all of the friends I have made through elfwood, too.  I am finally starting to get back into drawing again and I'm currently trying to finish a new pic to post on my site here at elfwood, so keep an eye out for it !  Hope to hear from everyone real soon!

June 6, 2004 - Whew!! Life has been hectic since last August. I recently had my new baby on April 15th of this year(after 12 hours of labor and him being my fourth son). And in May I had my 29th birthday celebrated! Last, but not least, I moved back to Lincoln City, Oregon at the end of May. I'm little by little getting past my lack of entusiasm and artists' block to draw since last May. Ayden's(my new son) grandmother has set aside a room specifically for any grandbabies and has started a jungle mural covering all the walls and ceiling too. So, I have been recruited to help in drawing and painting of any of the animals and wildlife inhabiting this room. Needless to say, I should be getting back to my artwork very soon! That is, after I catch up on my sleep and get into a regular schedule with a new baby in the house. I'm posting a new bio photo of me and Ayden for a little while and will probably put my old pic babck up later on. Any of my old friends and aquaintances feel free to contact me if you want! MORE INFO: In case anyone was wondering, I have many inspirations and I learned a lot of my techniques from a close and dear friend of mine, Tori, who was a copyright artist. And for anyone who doesn't know what a copyright artist is, they draw in a certain artists' exact style. I have another good friend who also inspired me and my hunger for art...her name is Crystal Aura Wilson. I taught myself at the nice age of 12 to draw mirror images because I had been accused of tracing for far too long. But that is not the only style of art I do, either. I, also, look off of photos for poses and some freehand, too. Crystal Aura Wilson has been one of my best friends since I first started to draw in that style of art(mirror-image). My inspirational works are based off of some artists LISTED ABOVE...and many, many more!! I am sure many can recognize some of their stuff in my art.
